Our Skippered Charters include use of the vessels onboard facilities, including cooking, cutlery and crockery. Light refreshments including coffee/tea and drinking water are provided with other items such as chips, chocolates, alcohol and soft drink available for purchase. Our overnight Skippered Charters include bedding and one bath towel per person. Too Eazy is a licensed vessel so no BYO alcohol. Catering can be arranged at an additional cost.

A 20% deposit is required upon booking. The deposit is fully refundable if the trip is cancelled by the operator due to weather, or it can be transferred to another suitable time. See our cancellation policy below for other applicable fees.

All charters are subject to minimum passenger numbers (excluding private charters) and weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to bad weather (even at short notice). If your charter has been cancelled due to weather, you may nominate a full refund or choose an alternative day. In the event of such a cancellation, K’gari Yacht Charters is not liable for any outside travel costs or damages.

Otherwise, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to departure will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 10 days but more than 72 hours prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to travel will incur a 100% fee.

• For PRIVATE CHARTERS, a strict 60-day cancellation policy applies.

Alcohol is available to purchase onboard the vessel, however, responsible consumption of alcohol must be adhered to. GST is included in the price. Onboard equipment is supplied on an “if loss, replace” basis. K’gari Yacht Charters will not be responsible for personal injury or loss due to the actions of clients beyond our control. The exact area of the charter is at the absolute discretion of the Skipper. No luggage or bulky bags are permitted on the boat for day charters. One small duffle bag per person is allowed for overnight charters. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and parents must bring a correctly fitted lifejacket for kids.

Our sailing locations vary depending on the duration of your charter and the daily weather.

• Some possible locations on our half-day charters (4 hours) include Pelican Bank, Big Woody Island, and Moon Point.

• Our full-day charters (8 hours) have more time to reach further afield, making it possible to visit as far north as Coongul Creek and as far south as Kingfisher Bay Resort.

Please note that there is no direct beach access permitted on the west coast of K’gari (Fraser Island) during skippered day charters. For the best chance of visiting all the remote hotspots along the Fraser Coast, we recommend multiple night charters or a bareboat experience.

It is always a good time to charter a yacht here on the Fraser Coast! Located in sunny Queensland, you can expect warm weather almost all year round. Highly popular travel seasons include the Hervey Bay whale watching season (mid-July to mid-October) and major school holidays. April to July typically brings the most stable weather, light south-easterly trade winds, and very little rain. For the warmer months, TOO EAZY is fully equipped with climate-controlled air conditioning.
